Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LoopLessLLC ("Deo," "we") collects when you use deo.so, app.deo.so, and related subdomains, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Account data. When you sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile photo. We don't see your Google password.
• Profile data. Social profile URLs you connect (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), niche, and program settings.
• Content you submit. Video URLs, drafts, scripts, hooks, and uploaded media — including video/audio we process for AI analysis (transcription, hook scoring, brand-brief verification, coaching).
• Track-record data. Verified views, approved claims, earned badges, trust and reliability scores — the creator "passport" that powers your résumé.
• Usage and tracking data. Clicks on creator tracking links and public program pages (IP address, user agent, referrer, hashed identifiers), session data, and in-app activity.
• Legal records. Terms acceptances and creator-agreement signatures, with timestamp and IP address, kept as an audit trail.
• Payment data. Payouts run through Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your banking/tax details under its own privacy policy — we store only payout status and amounts, never full bank or card numbers.

2. How we use it

• Operate the platform: programs, training, claims, verification, payouts, and notifications (in-app, email, and Slack where a Brand connects it).
• Verify content and views — including AI analysis of submitted videos and platform-API checks — and prevent fraud.
• Coach creators: AI feedback on hooks, scripts, and videos.
• Show Brands the performance of their own programs (views, clicks, conversions, spend).
• Improve the service and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. What's shared, and with whom

• With the Brand whose program you join: your name, email, social handles, submitted content, claim metrics, and your track record inside their program.
• Publicly, only if you opt in: the creator marketplace résumé at deo.so shows your verified track record. Exact lifetime earnings are never public — only coarse bands (like "$10k+").
• Service providers: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI analysis of submitted content), Resend (email), Slack (if connected by a Brand), and our hosting/database providers (Vercel, MongoDB Atlas). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
• Legal: when required by law or to protect the platform and its users.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use session cookies (up to 14 days, scoped to deo.so) to keep you signed in, and first-party analytics events on public program pages to attribute visits to creator links. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Retention

We keep account and track-record data while your account is active. Legal records (signatures, terms acceptances, payout records) are retained as long as needed for legal and tax obligations. You can request deletion (below); some records must survive deletion where the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing support@deo.so. Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have additional rights — we honor verified requests regardless of location.

7. Children

Deo is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data. Payouts require being at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live).

8. Changes

We'll announce material changes to this policy in the app or by email. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
